Event Details
Enjoy light refreshments and face-to-face conversation guided by facilitator Sanford Hinden.
We begin each meeting with a Wellbeing Check-In, giving ourselves a chance to understand where we are for a minute or two. Each person can share their feelings, needs, or issues that may be of concern. From that awareness, we may circle back to issues that were brought up to be understood more. We can help each other by asking questions and seeking clarification, offering advice, information, suggestions, community resources, contacts, and referrals. Important Issues may include relationships, family, community, habit improvement, goals, bucket lists, social security, healthcare, and legislation. Eternal Topics could include values, ethics, compassion, friendship, leadership, or luck. We can learn from each other, make the most out of our lives, and enjoy the pleasure of each other’s company. We can end our meeting on a positive note by sharing some jokes and upcoming events.
